Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates published in this Tariff FROM
or THRU Ports in Brunei, Cambodia, China, East Timor, Hong
Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines,
Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam TO Ports and Points
in the United States are SBJ to the GENERAL RATE INCREASE
(GRI) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges.
   
a. GRI On LCL COMMODITY RATES ONLY -
 {A} EFFECTIVE 3 May 2003
      All Rates published to apply on a "WM" Basis are
        increased $ 12.00
      All Rates published to apply on a "W" Basis are
        increased $ 12.00
      All Rates published to apply on a "M" Basis are
        increased $ 12.00 
    
b. GRI On FCL COMMODITY RATES ONLY -
