RULE: 10.88 - ALAMEDA CORRIDOR SURCHARGE - ACS Eff: 18DEC2002

In order to recover amounts paid to railroads in connection
with the railroad's agreements with the Alameda Corridor
Transportation Authority to assist in recovering the costs
of constructing and operating the Alameda Corridor, all
cargo moving thru the ports of Long Beach or Los Angeles,
CA that is transported by rail through, or into Southern
California (i.e. the counties of: Kern, San Bernadino, San
Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside, San Diego or Imperial), whether or not actually
carried over the Alameda Corridor, shall be SBJ to the
Alameda Corridor Surcharge named below, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable charges.

This Charge will be included on the Bill of Lading and will
be paid by the cargo interest before release of the cargo
to the Consignee.
