Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff
specifically made SBJ to this Rule are SBJ to the TERMINAL
HANDLING CHARGES (THC) named below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
    
a. FCL Shipments TO or THRU: All U.S. Ports & Points
                 FROM or THRU All Ports in Japan
     will be SBJ to a THC CHARGE of:
   
        Yen 21,000 PC20
        Yen 29,000 PC40X
