Returned shipments will be transported back to origin at a
rate equal to 75% (seventy-five percent) of the original
inbound B/L rate, SBJ to the following provisions:
     
a. At the time of return outbound shipment, Shipper MUST
   furnish a copy of the original inbound rated B/L or
   Carrier's invoice.
     
b. The return, outbound movement, MUST be made within 1
   (one) year of the original inbound movement, and the
   return shipment MUST be returned to the original inbound
   movement Port of Loading.
